Welcome

If you are feeling life is a struggle, you may find talking about it can help.

It could be something very upsetting for you, like low self-esteem, anxiety, relationship difficulties, suffering a loss, depression, feeling angry, work or career issues. Any of these can help make you feel you aren't coping emotionally, and all too often one keeps the problem inside where it gets bigger and bigger, preventing full enjoyment of life.

Each person is a unique individual, and I would like to help you find ways to get in touch with your own self-worth so that you may see your qualities, and learn to value yourself more.

My Clinical Approach

Is to listen and offer you the time in a safe and non-judgemental environment to talk about your thoughts and feelings. A high standard of therapeutic care to ensure your long-lasting emotional health and well-being, is constantly maintained and respected.

Telephone sessions are available for those who are unable to attend regular face to face timed sessions due to work commitments.

Whether telephone or face to face, your session is for you to feel understood for who you are.

About Me

I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist/counsellor and a fully Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), and UKRCP registered. A degree in The Humanities was followed by qualifications in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and CBT practise.

Training and qualifications are important, but so too is experience, and I believe together we can work towards achieving long-term improvements in your life.

At all times the BACP Ethical Framework is adhered to, and I am committed to continuing professional development.

Fees

The initial consultation is £75, and thereafter £65 for a 50 minute session.
